Requirements for this role: Looking for candidates available to work: Mon morning Mon afternoon Tue morning Tue afternoon Wed morning Wed afternoon Thu morning Thu afternoon Fri morning Fri afternoon 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Expected salary: $80,000 per year Tasks and duties studying and understanding blueprints, drawings and specifications for steel, aluminium and plastic signage fabrication; cut steel, aluminium and plastic using hand tools, flame cutting torches and metal cutting machines in preparation for assembly; shaping and bending metal sections in accordance with the specifications; welding metal sections using metal inert gas (MIG) welding and other welding techniques, and examining welds for width of bead, penetration and precision; bolting and riveting metal parts; gluing and applying double sided tape to plastic parts; cleaning and polishing the finished products in preparation for spray painting; drilling, wiring, screwing in preparation for installation; cleaning and tidying the workspace and recycling any reusable material. Requirements for applicants Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade 2-year MIG welding experience Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications The ability to work in a team Experience with signage and onsite installation (preferred) Salary: $80,000.00 per annum #J-18808-Ljbffr
