Overview Nascha Inc. is an innovative and transparent NDIS provider in Perth that has been providing individualised tailored support to Western Australians with a disability since 1991 and is currently looking to build and expand our service offerings to better support the communities in which we live. Responsibilities Ensure accurate personnel and payroll details are maintained. Process payroll and salary packaging on a fortnightly basis including STP lodgement. Process end of year payroll summaries/finalisation with support and approval from finance officer/external support. Respond to payroll queries. Maintain and process Superannuation funds and payments fortnightly. Submit Superannuation contributions and enter payments. File Process invoices and record details on the payments file. Supports the banking, funds depositing. Complete Centrelink Forms as required (inclusive of separation certificates). Update lists and records, ensuring accurate representation of employee information into Accounting / Payroll System. Manage Workers’ compensation claims and related paperwork, including invoices. In the absence of Claims & Accounts Officer: processing payment requests via the relevant portals, invoicing plan managers for support users funding. Other Attend meetings, conferences and workshops as deemed necessary. Participate in training and development opportunities. Participates in regular supervision and performance reviews.
