Randstad - Finance & Accounting – Somerton VIC Introduction We are currently recruiting an Accounts and Payroll Officer on a permanent part‑time basis for a mid‑tier commercial organisation. They are a leading name in the industry and show significant growth by offering world class services to their customers. It's a driven and collaborative environment, working in the finance division, where the colleagues are engaged, aware, friendly and value encouraging ideas. This role will assist the current finance team with the accounts payable, invoicing, payroll for 30+ employees on weekly basis, reconciliations, month end duties, etc. This will be 2 days per week, TUESDAY is a MUST and the other day is flexible. You will report to the Financial Controller. Your responsibilities Entering invoices in the system Processing invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner Reviewing accounts payable entries to ensure all data are entered correctly Payroll for 30+ employees on a weekly basis Vendor and supplier reconciliations Other administration & accounts duties where required What experience will you have 3+ years in the accounts/ payroll domain Analytic approach, problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail Comfortable working with large data sets on Excel MYOB and Employment Hero experience is PREFERRED Having a proactive and steady approach What's great about this job Immediate Availability OR Negotiable with the notice period Gain exposure to the balance sheet of a large business and progress your career Could be made completely remote after training Onsite Parking is available If you're interested in this opportunity and want to learn more, simple "APPLY" for this role OR reach out to me directly on **************@randstad.com.au At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
