Demonstrated extensive professional experience relevant tothe role including an ability to work effectively as a solepractitioner in a remote, multicultural environment. Demonstrated broad nursing experience with recent accidentand emergency skills. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analyticalskills, with proven ability to engage effectively, negotiate,and resolve complex issues. Demonstrated knowledge, understanding of the principles ofPrimary Health Care and Community. Demonstrated knowledge, understanding and experience inQuality Improvement, its practical application in meetingpatients’ needs and its relationship to strategicdevelopment.
