With large‑scale transformation underway, the team is modernising core platforms and elevating data capability across the business. You’ll be part of a programme driving smarter, more reliable billing outcomes for customers. About the Role You’ll support the Billing System Project built on Oracle CCS, focusing on data governance, data quality and documentation. Working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders, you’ll help ensure billing data is accurate, compliant and fit for purpose. This role sits at the heart of a significant system uplift, contributing to improved customer outcomes and stronger organisational data practices. About You 2+ years in data governance, data management or data quality Confident working with billing data and translating insights for non‑technical audiences Strong communication skills with a talent for clear documentation and stakeholder engagement Solid grasp of data governance principles, lifecycle management and regulatory requirements Familiar with data privacy laws and compliance standards Certification such as DCAM or CDMP Experience supporting change and uplifting data literacy across teams Understanding of data architecture and modelling concepts Background in the water or utilities sector is an advantage but not essential Please apply with your current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx).
