About the Role We’re searching for an experienced and driven Production & Operations Director to lead our operations team and oversee seamless campaign delivery across the Revolution360 network. You will manage a team of Production Coordinators and a Production Executive while guiding suppliers, overseeing bespoke builds, and driving strategic operational improvements. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is energised by solving problems, delivering quality, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in OOH. What You’ll Do Lead & Develop the Operations Team Manage, mentor, and support a small team to ensure efficient and accurate campaign delivery. Provide training, development, and performance guidance to enable team success. Execute & Oversee Campaign Delivery Manage end-to-end campaign implementation, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to support production, printing, and installation of assets. Build and maintain strong, reliable relationships with printers, installers, and contractors. Facilitate weekly WIPs, quarterly reviews, and ongoing communication to ensure alignment and quality. Deliver Special Builds & Market-First Projects Oversee the execution of bespoke creative builds and innovative media-first projects. Collaborate with the Creative Solutions team to ensure delivery excellence. Identify new opportunities to enhance our product offering and operational capability. Work closely with leadership to stay ahead of industry trends and client needs. Continuously review operational processes and implement improvements to reduce costs and enhance service delivery. Ensure adherence to all health and safety guidelines. Report & Analyse Provide clear reporting to senior leadership on campaign performance, operational challenges, and opportunities. Use data and insights to inform improvements and drive operational excellence. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in campaign production/operations, ideally within OOH or advertising. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing small teams. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to manage complex or bespoke projects with high attention to detail. Highly organised, solutions-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience with Salesforce or ClickUp is advantageous but not essential.
