Field Service Technician

Can you work independently, diagnose complex faults, and carry out major repairs on earthmoving equipment with minimal assistance? Liebherr Earthmoving Division is seeking a motivated and skilled technician to join our team. Based at our Yatala workshop, this role also includes field service work across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and occasionally in regional areas. As part of a small, supportive team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of Liebherr equipment, including wheel loaders, material handlers, and excavators, for our growing customer base. Key Responsibilities Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical diagnosis Major and minor services Maintenance and component replacements Fabrication and new machine build as required Complete Service Reports Expand and maintain customer relationships in the field Dealing directly with Key Customers About you Trade qualified as Diesel / Mobile Plant Mechanic Flexibility to travel to customer sites and work over‑time as required Extensive industry experience Ability to fault find A current driver’s license Forklift, W, T, R and Air conditioning ticket advantageous Basic Word and Excel abilities Commitment to maintain, and adhere to safety guidelines in the workplace Benefits Global Company – Job Stability Technical Training and career progression opportunities Work life balance benefits, including 5 days bonus leave days, paid parental leave, early access to LSL Corporate Health Insurance Discount Generous discounts for goods & services via our employee benefits program inc.
