If you want to help shape the future of Frankston, now is the time to join our team About the position Council’s Development Services Department is looking for a Construction Approvals and Compliance Officer who will be responsible for the concierge and coordination of various construction approvals, related business improvements and planning compliance activities. Responsibilities Concierge and coordinate various construction approvals Undertake business improvements Planning compliance activities Assessment of Construction and Environmental Management Plans Assist with other construction related compliance activities About you Experience in planning compliance, construction or local government compliance activities. Experience in the development of improved processes and business systems and associated records in a local government environment. Well-developed analytical, investigative and problem solving skills. Some understanding of building and construction.
