About the role Fantastic permanent opportunity for a motivated Credit Officer to join the SunRice Group in Sydney. As a member of the Credit team, you will support the Credit Manager to maximise cash flow while managing credit risk within the Group. You will perform ageing reporting, credit / debit memos / claim and rebates processing, aid in collection of overdue debts and create new customer accounts including master data adjustments. You will also assist in answering customer queries and liaise with Sales teams. About You Bring your expertise in credit management within the fast-paced FMCG sector. You will lead the way in streamlining processes, driving efficiency and building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders. Your can-do attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment will set you up for success You will also have : Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles. Previous credit experience with high volume retailers & wholesalers. FMCG experience (preferred) Highly developed technical skills in the areas of credit principles, collections procedures and order to release management. Independent management of an AR Ledger. Computer literacy, especially Excel and Word. SAP experience. Ability to create efficiencies through the identification and delivery of process improvements. Member of the Australian Institute of Credit Management (not essential).
