Base Pay Range A$75,000.00/yr - A$75,000.00/yr Company Our client is a not‑for‑profit organisation supporting Australia’s music industry by licensing the use of music and ensuring creators are fairly paid when their work is performed, broadcast, or reproduced. It plays a vital role in protecting artists’ rights and fostering a sustainable creative ecosystem. The organisation is positioned for significant growth in the coming years, underpinned by a strong culture guided by values and purpose and, most importantly, a focus on its people. Position The Credit Officer will be responsible for the internal debt management aspect of most client relationships across APRA and AMCOS. This is primarily undertaken by telephone and email debt collection, the reminder process and recommending which debts should be referred to our external mercantile agency. Responsibilities Conducting telephone and email debt collection Managing inbound client calls, shared inbox, and maintain accurate client records. Liaising with internal teams and mercantile agents on outstanding accounts. Performing client account reconciliations and oversee payment plans or extended credit. Providing general administrative and operational support to the Credit Team.
