Job Summary Join a global luxury fashion brand as an Omnichannel Stock Coordinator at the following locations: Sydney CBD As an Omnichannel Stock Coordinator with Zimmermann, you will be driven and proactive in executing and overseeing all back of house, stock and operational functions. You will possess a detail orientation, organised and professional approach in meeting the required KPI’s of the position. Working within a dynamic and collaborative team culture, you will align yourself with Zimmermann’s core values of integrity, creativity and passion. Role Responsibilities Ensure omnichannel orders are processed in an accurate, efficient and organized manner in line with Zimmermann’s global vision. Ensure the stock room is organized in line with back of house brand standards, that prioritize efficiency for the wider team. Maintain a high level of awareness of the store’s inventory and strong product knowledge. Effectively follow stock loss prevention policies to minimise in-store stock loss and investigate discrepancies. Ensure that a consistent high standard of Stock Presentation is achieved and reflective of the brand directive. Promote and always uphold the non-negotiable standards of the work health and safety policies and procedures. Support the Leadership Team with new training of all new Team Members in Stock and Omnichannel processes.
