As a Stock Coordinator at CUE Clothing Co, you will play a vital role in supporting our retail teams across multiple locations. You’ll ensure the smooth flow of stock from delivery to the shop floor, help to maintain the brand’s merchandising standards, support operational efficiency and help drive exceptional customer service. What you’ll do (and love): Deliver MAGIC to drive exceptional customer experiences. Receive and unpack deliveries efficiently across locations within remit. Organise, tag, hang and prepare stock for the sales floor, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Work with store team to steam garments to meet CUE’s presentation standards. Support teams in executing and maintaining visual merchandising directives and standards. Drive team to deliver a “Customer First” experience in alignment with MAGIC. Enthusiastic and solutions‑focused approach in attending to customer’s needs, displayed through elevated styling and product knowledge. Acquire and maintain customer loyalty through personalized and consistent customer interactions. Maintain well‑organized back‑of‑house spaces, ensuring safe handling and optimal storage. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to coordinate daily priorities and stock movements. Stakeholders including Store/Concession Managers, store teams, Area Manager(s), Multi‑State Managers and Visual Experience Managers. Assist with stock transfers, consolidations, and markdown preparation & execution. Process faulty items accordance to company policy and procedures. Support Store/Concession Managers with all stock integrity processes including but not limited to: Stocktake, NSOH and store transfers.
