About the Role Take on three exciting civil projects in Bargara and Burnett Heads, valued between $2–10 million. You will be supported by senior management and work alongside experienced site teams to ensure successful delivery. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the success of our first projects in the region while contributing to our continued growth as we secure and deliver more civil works in the Bundaberg area. About You You will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills in order to deliver projects to agreed outcomes, with a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works. Key Responsibilities Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources Cost management and reporting Contract administration, including NODs / EOTs, notices, reporting, and claims Quality assurance, including organising testing, ITPs, and submissions Deliver progress reports to the Construction Manager Ensure safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors and adhere to compliance requirements Benefits Local Work – Enjoy the benefit of returning home each night, giving you more quality time with your family.
