Concrete, earthworks & drainage Structural, mechanical & piping (SMP) Electrical, communications & cabling Shutdowns, maintenance and brownfield upgrades Due to strong business growth, we are seeking a Civil Engineer / Project Manager to join our leadership team. The Opportunity This role is ideal for an engineer/PM who thrives on complex, multi‑disciplinary construction environments , not just pure civil works. You will run small‑to‑medium mixed‑infrastructure packages ($500k–$5M) from planning through to commissioning, with autonomy and direct support from the business directors. This is a genuine chance to step into a strategic role as the company continues to scale. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and manage mixed‑infrastructure projects end‑to‑end Develop scopes, programs, take‑offs, procurement plans, ITPs and cost forecasts Coordinate cross‑disciplinary works (Civil / SMP / E&I) Lead site delivery including safety, quality, environmental and SHMS compliance Manage subcontractors and direct labour Prepare progress claims, variations, EOTs and commercial documentation Interface with clients, engineers, superintendents and project stakeholders Support tendering, estimating and project start‑up Contribute to building internal systems and project‑management frameworks as the business grows About You Degree in Civil Engineering (or Construction/Project Management with strong civil background) 5+ years’ experience delivering civil or multi‑disciplinary infrastructure projects Ability to manage packages autonomously and lead site execution Strong understanding of SHMS, QMP, ITP and relevant standards Excellent client‑facing skills and strong technical communication Competent with MS Project, Excel and engineering documentation Highly Desirable: Experience in mining, resources or heavy‑industrial brownfields Exposure to SMP or E&I interfaces (preferred, not essential) Understanding of Queensland mining legislation, Heavy Industries and site systems What We Offer Competitive salary + vehicle + performance incentives Secure pipeline of mining and civil projects across QLD Direct access to senior leadership and fast decision‑making Long‑term career path with real influence on business systems and culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
