Civil Site Engineer

LCB Civil is a locally owned and operated Civil Construction and Quarrying company based in Bundaberg, QLD. We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Civil Site Engineer to support project delivery and assist with project compliance and completion across our expanding operations. Requirements of the role Degree qualifications in Civil Engineering or equivalent Proven civil construction experience across roads, subdivisions or land development Strong understanding of TMR, council and Australian Standards Competent with GPS data, set-outs, survey interpretation and construction documentation Experienced with QA processes, ITP development, cost tracking and progress reporting Strong written skills suitable for contributing to tenders, methodologies and technical submissions Proven ability in Technical Contract Management and Project Compliance White Card and current open drivers license Roles, responsibilities and role details Provide engineering support for site operations, ensuring compliance with design, QA and safety obligations Review and interpret drawings, specifications and survey information Prepare ITPs, quality documentation, lot files and as-constructed records Assist in developing construction programs, staging plans and forecasting Coordinate testing, inspections and daily reporting Monitor productivity, cost performance and resource utilisation Support the Project Manager with contract administration, variations and progress claims Assist with tenders, including: Reviewing scope, specifications and client requirements Preparing methodology sections, staging strategies and technical narratives Assisting with production rates, planning inputs and technical capability statements Contributing to risk, opportunity and resourcing assessments Based predominantly in Bundaberg, QLD, with occasional work at other sites as required This role is full-time, with a competitive remuneration package negotiated based on experience and capability.
