The role We are currently seeking a talented and industry‑recognised Principal Pavement Engineer to deliver major transport infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand. This senior role will focus on mentoring and managing a complement of developing engineers in our national pavements team. As this is a national role, the position may be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. Responsibilities Work with clients and partners on iconic infrastructure projects globally. Grow your personal brand and profile by working and engaging with clients on major transport infrastructure projects. Be part of a dynamic and premier engineering consultancy. Minimum Qualifications Degree qualified – Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering or similar). Minimum 15 years of technical experience in planning, concept and detailed pavement engineering design. Knowledge of the Australian pavement design standards and practices. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with public and private sector clients. Sound project management and hands‑on experience encompassing administrative, commercial and technical aspects. Experience in the coordination, design and delivery of pavement projects within multidisciplinary engineering projects. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to prepare and review technical reports and work effectively in a team environment.
