Responsibilities Greeting clients and answering telephones Managing emails Managing mail Providing administrative support to accountants Updating and maintaining client records Preparing and lodging documents with ATO & ASIC Liaising with ATO Ensuring the office is clean and tidy Directing firm correspondence Managing workflow to meet deadlines Qualifications Motivated Organised A strong communicator (verbal and written) Resourceful Meticulous Friendly Able to ask for help when you need it Available to provide help when peers need it Experience Previous experience working in a similar role in a public practice accounting firm Experience with Xero How to apply?
