Guest Service Agent (Part-Time) We’re seeking friendly and professional Guest Service Agents to join our team on a part-time basis at Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures. Respond to guest enquiries and provide information about the property and local area. Handle reservations, payments, and administrative tasks accurately. Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Qualifications Previous experience in front office or customer service (hospitality preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional and guest-focused approach. Ability to work a flexible part-time roster, including weekends and public holidays.
