With a growing pipeline of projects concentrated in the SEQ’s booming growth corridors, they partner with local councils and leading developers to deliver works valued between $500k–$2m. These projects include landscape packages for new estates, schools, playgrounds, industrial complexes, parks, and public domain upgrades. Backed by a strong leadership team and long-standing client relationships, the company is positioned for significant ongoing growth and offers its employees stability, variety, and long-term career development. The Opportunity This is an excellent chance to join the delivery team in a Project Manager pathway role. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across a range of large‑scale projects, working closely with an established Project Manager and Construction Manager who will provide structured mentoring and support. You will take ownership of delivering high‑quality landscaping projects, liaising with clients and stakeholders while leading crews on site to ensure successful outcomes. If you’re currently working as a Foreperson or a Project Manager for a smaller landscaping company, and feel your progression opportunities are limited, this role offers the ideal step up. The Role Assist with program and schedule works Ordering materials and organising deliveries Resource management Delegate to Leading Hands / Site Managers Subcontractor engagement Cost tracking and forecasting Safety and compliance Quality assurance Liaise with clients and suppliers Report into Project Managers The Requirements Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture (required) Relevant tertiary qualification in construction (bonus) Must have landscape construction site experience in Australia Strong computer skills Drivers license Looking to Relocate?
