Junior Project Manager – Landscaping

Location: 4 Halbert Road, BayswaterEmployment Type: Full-timeReports To: Business Owner We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of premium landscaping and swimming pool projects. This role suits someone with a passion for outdoor construction, strong coordination skills, and a desire to grow into a leadership position. You’ll assist in sourcing site permits, preparing client contracts, managing project timelines, staff rostering, managing client budgets, contractors, and compliance requirements across residential sites. Assist in quoting, planning and executing landscaping and pool construction projects from concept to completion Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery If required, the ability to be hands on and teach junior staff Monitor site progress, safety/OH&S compliance, and quality standards Maintain project documentation including contracts, schedules, and risk assessments Consistently engage in client communication and site meetings to ensure expectations are met Track budgets, variations, and material orders with accuracy Help resolve on-site issues with practical, solution-focused thinking Contribute to continuous improvement in project workflows and team communication Skills & Qualifications Certificate or Diploma in Construction, Landscape Design, Project Management, or related field 1–2 years’ experience in construction, landscaping, or pool installation preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Basic understanding of construction drawings, permits, and OH&S regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools Current driver’s license and White Card What We Offer Mentorship from an experienced senior team Diverse projects across varying outdoor spaces Supportive team culture with vision for the person in this role to develop into the businesses General Manager Unlock job insights AI Job match analysis Salary match Number of applicants Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
