Operations Supervisor – Tomago NSW Are you a hands‑on leader with a passion for operational excellence and safety? Toll Group is seeking a dynamic Operations Supervisor to join our team in Tomago, NSW. This is your opportunity to play a key role in driving performance, ensuring compliance, and leading a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced logistics environment. As the Operations Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of transport operations, ensuring service standards and contractual KPIs are met. You’ll lead a team of drivers and schedulers, manage fleet and resource planning, and foster strong relationships with customers and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities And Duties Lead and allocate resources to meet service standards and operational targets. Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Drive safety‑first culture and ensure compliance with transport regulations. Manage fleet bookings, driver rosters, and operational communications. Mentor and coach team members to foster a collaborative and capable workforce. Conduct investigations, audits, and toolbox talks to maintain high standards. What You’ll Bring Minimum 5 years’ experience in transport, logistics, or a related industry. At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong knowledge of NHVR guidelines, Dangerous Goods regulations, and fatigue management. Excellent communication, planning, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in MTData, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools. Dangerous Goods handling experience and relevant licenses (including Driver’s License and Unsupervised Handling License). Why Join Toll?
