Resort Manager – Iririki Island Resort & Spa VANUATU Iririki Resort is seeking a motivated and career-driven Resort Manager. This is a unique opportunity in Vanuatu’s most iconic resort to use your high level leadership skills in a dynamic hospitality environment while living and working in one of the world’s most stunning island destinations. About the Role As the Resort Manager you will have direct responsibility for the day-to-day management of front office, reservations, housekeeping, logistics, & customer service management plus other resort areas. You will work closely with department heads to implement effective management strategies that enhance profitability and elevate the guest experience. You will work alongside the F&B Director, CFO & Operations Manager to form the senior management team all reporting to the CEO/GM. Package AUD $150k package - ($100k TAX FREE BASE SALARY plus up to $25k in Performance Bonus TAX FREE plus additional benefits to the value of $25k, including accommodation, some meals & medical insurance) Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Reservations, housekeeping, logistics, customer service management departments Provide leadership, training, and support to staff in line with resort standards and business objectives Monitor operational performance and ensure budgetary targets are met or exceeded Drive sales and marketing initiatives to maximise room yield and revenue Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction Skills and Experience Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel industry Willingness to relocate and live on-site in Vanuatu Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with guests and staff Highly motivated with a passion for hospitality and tourism International work experience essential Experience with Room Master software is highly desirable What We Offer On-site accommodation included in the remuneration package Career development opportunities within a growing hospitality business Supportive team environment and the chance to work in a unique island setting If you’re ready to take the next step in your hospitality career and thrive in a resort environment, we’d love to hear from you.
