Direct message the job poster from ManMade Cycle Australia We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Assistant to support daily operations across our online sales channels, including but not limited to Shopify, Reebelo, and Back Market. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining accurate listings, and contributing to a seamless customer experience. This role suits someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce and warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage incoming orders across multiple platforms. Maintain Shopify listings, including pricing, stock levels, and product information. Process, track, and update orders from Reebelo and Back Market. Coordinate and manage product returns, ensuring timely resolutions. Generate shipping labels and prepare devices for packing and dispatch. Assist with cleaning, testing, and packing devices to ensure quality presentation. Support general warehouse, fulfilment, and inventory tasks as required. Skills & Requirements Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience highly preferred). Good communication skills and the ability to work under time pressure.
