About the role: As the E‑Commerce Assistant at LIONESS, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work with our Marketing Team and Brand Director to ensure Lioness products are accurately represented online and optimised for sell‑through and conversion. You will gain hands‑on experience across site management, merchandising, reporting, and campaign execution, with opportunities to contribute ideas and improvements that make a real impact. If you’re ready for your next step in one of Australia’s leading brands with a hunger to grow, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily and weekly website checks to identify and resolve product, pricing, or merchandising issues before escalation. Upload new products, implement markdowns, and manage merchandising updates across AU and US sites with accuracy. Prepare weekly and monthly e‑commerce performance and competitor reports, highlighting insights and suggestions for improvement. Support the execution of online merchandising strategies aligned with launches, campaigns, and stock flow plans. Collaborate effectively with Marketing and Warehouse Teams to ensure clear communication, efficient issue resolution, and continuous improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
