What’s on Offer Salary between $85,000 – $120,000 + super Flexible delivery: hybrid, clinic–community mix, or fully mobile — your choice Manage your own diary and caseload with full autonomy Travel reimbursed at the national standard, with caseloads zoned for balance Structured 2‑week induction covering NDIS, shadowing, and team integration About the Employer / Practice Multidisciplinary allied health team: OT, Physio, Psych, Speech, and EPs Majority paediatric caseload (approx. 70%), with some adults (30%) All clients are NDIS participants — strong focus on functional outcomes Caseloads tailored to interest areas, with referrals distributed fairly Regular supervision and mentoring from senior OTs and cross‑disciplinary peers Why Join?
