The role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our extensive and experienced team located in Tullamarine. To be successful in this role you must have sound knowledge and experience of cost inputs, outputs, estimating and coordination capabilities to oversee Design, Production and Installation of delegated projects. Duties, but not limited to: Oversee the Management and Commercial requirements in Projects. Work with a range of contractors and Stakeholders. Review RFQ’s for work scopes, Tenders and prepare estimates. Develop proposals and project submissions based on scope of works. Recognise suitable methodologies required for projects. Ability to write SWMS, TMP and deal with third party contractor requirements. Managing outsourced works and dealing with sub-contractors. Liaise with architects, engineers, and third-party consultants. Requirements, but not limited to: Be able to receive work briefs, build and plan scope of work. Be highly organised. Be able to work on multiple projects at one time. Must be able to decipher architect plans and drawings. Must be able to prepare quotations, allocating labour and materials. Experience with Adobe Illustrator/ Word and Excel (preferred) Experience with signage construction methods. White Card may be beneficial.Must have manual driver’s licence. Be well presented and professional. Experience working with consultants, architects and construction companies. Benefits working for Signed On Steady pipeline of interesting work.
