We’re now seeking a National Marketing Manager for our Salsas Fresh Mex Brand to help shape the next chapter of our story. For our Salsas team, we’re all about bold flavours, fresh ideas and creating experiences that keep customers coming back. In this role, you’ll lead the way in driving brand growth through national campaigns, local marketing initiatives and strong collaboration with franchise partners. Working closely with our digital, creative and operations teams, you’ll bring marketing plans to life that are engaging, effective and true to our brand. With oversight of partnerships, loyalty programs and budgets, this role is all about delivering meaningful results and strengthening the Salsas brand across Australia. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and evaluate national marketing campaigns across in-store, digital, and social channels. Provide franchise partners with tailored local marketing tools and guidance. Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. Build strong relationships with internal teams, franchise partners, and external stakeholders. Monitor and manage marketing budgets to maximise ROI. About You Proven marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, QSR, or retail. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset. Confident working independently and in a collaborative team environment. Develop and deliver innovative national campaigns. Provide franchise partners with engaging local marketing support. Ensure the Salsas brand is represented consistently and effectively across all channels. Collaborate with internal teams. Drive sales and build customer loyalty through impactful marketing activity.
