We are expanding and looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive student recruitment, develop agent networks, and lead marketing efforts. Perfect for someone passionate about targets, partnerships, and delivering results Key Responsibilities Drive student enrolments by effectively managing and converting leads Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international education agents Support the planning and delivery of both digital and offline marketing campaigns Represent NAPS at recruitment events, expos, and agent briefings Manage and track lead data and communications using CRM systems Collaborate closely with admissions and academic teams to ensure a seamless student journey from enquiry to enrolment About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum 3 years previous experience in the Higher Education sector (essential) or 7 years in the VET sector in Melbourne . Strong understanding of key international student markets and GS requirement (essential) Proven experience in student recruitment, sales, or business development Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills Strong organisational skills and experience using CRM systemsUnderstanding in CRM, PRISMS and MeshedA proactive, self‑motivated approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a small teamA relevant qualification in business, marketing, international education or a related field (desirable) What We Offer An opportunity to shape and grow with a new higher education provider A collaborative and supportive work environment based in Melbourne CBD Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunities for career growth and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
