About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the integrated marketing and commercial growth strategy for our world-class portfolio, including Dermapen devices, consumables, and Dp Dermaceuticals. This pivotal role will see you planning, directing, and coordinating all marketing, brand, channel, and demand generation activities across Australia and priority export markets. Your mission will be to achieve ambitious revenue, margin, and market share objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and own the annual marketing plan and brand calendar, linking strategy directly to sales targets, market share, and profitability. Define product positioning, portfolio priorities, customer segmentation, and channel strategy. Lead and manage external agencies and freelancers, ensuring clear deliverables and service level agreements. Plan and execute launch strategies for new products, developing evidence-based claims, compelling messaging, and essential sales enablement tools. Manage all paid, owned, and earned digital channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, SEO, email). Design and optimise lead acquisition and nurture journeys within the CRM. Develop and execute the global social media strategy, managing budgets and timelines. Build and scale a successful affiliates program. About You You are a commercially minded, data-driven, and creative marketing leader with a passion for the medical aesthetics industry. You are a strong communicator who can influence stakeholders across functions and geographies, and you remain calm, organised, and delivery-focused in a fast-paced environment. In addition to this you will possess: Significant marketing leadership experience gained within medical devices, aesthetics, professional skincare, or a closely related, regulated industry. A proven track record of delivering tangible commercial outcomes through integrated, multi-channel marketing programs. Hands-on experience with modern marketing technology, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and major social media platforms. Exceptional strategic planning, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities. Demonstrated team leadership and performance management skills. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget ownership and ROI optimisation. Expertise in go‑to‑market strategy development, sales enablement, and partner marketing. Excellent copy and creative direction skills, with a working knowledge of video and content production workflows.
