We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Officer to elevate our brand presence, drive qualified property enquiries, and support our high‑growth sales function. About the Role You will play a key role in shaping Quarter Acre’s marketing and sales engine — planning targeted promotional campaigns, analysing property market trends, and creating high‑impact content that drives brand awareness and lead generation. This role is perfect for someone who understands digital marketing, enjoys working with data, and thrives in a fast‑paced real estate environment. What You’ll Do Develop and implement real estate‑focused promotional campaigns to generate buyer and seller leads. Create marketing content, including property insights, suburb profiles, digital ads, EDMs, and social media campaigns. Analyse property trends, buyer behaviour, and market activity to inform promotional strategy. Support sales teams with marketing collateral for buyer presentations, events, and campaigns. Coordinate open‑day promotions, buyer seminars, and community engagement activities. Manage digital performance channels to improve visibility and lead flow. Work with external creatives, videographers, and advertising/marketing partners when required. What You’ll Bring Experience in marketing or promotions (real estate or property‑adjacent experience highly regarded). Understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and analytics.
