Web Site: Type: Part‑Time Term: Ongoing Position Details: Executive Officer to the Principal Experienced and accomplished Executive Assistants are invited to apply for the position of Executive Officer to the Principal and Director of Finance & Operations. This pivotal role demands exceptional organisational and administrative skills with the ability to represent the Principal’s office with the utmost professionalism, discretion and alignment with the College’s values. The successful candidate will commence mid‑January 2026. Selection Criteria Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to a Principal, representing the Principal’s office with professionalism, compassion and commitment to the College values Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, fostering positive relationships with staff, students, families and the wider College Community Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and with confidentiality Ability to analyse meeting content and translate it into concise, accurate, high‑order minutes Experience in preparing professional reports High level proficiency in the Microsoft suite Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and conflict resolution skills Exceptional time management skills and experience managing calendars and prioritising a large workload Ability to work independently and as part of a team Exceptional decision‑making skills Support for the Catholic ethos of the College in the performance of duties Willingness to become an active member of the Seton Catholic College community with a strong commitment to promoting and supporting the varied aspects of College life A shared responsibility to ensure ongoing support for a child‑safe culture within the Catholic Education System All employees of Catholic Education Western Australia are required to support the Catholic ethos in the performance of their duties.
