Fixed term 6 month contract VPS 4 Level role Job Description Analyse and interpret workforce data to support decision‑making processes. Provide insights and recommendations to optimise workforce planning and strategies. Collaborate with the Marketing & Agency department on employee engagement initiatives. Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures in all reporting activities. Contribute to the development and implementation of workforce analytics frameworks. Work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify and address workforce challenges. Maintain and update workforce databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy. A Successful People Analyst Should Have A relevant qualification in data analysis, human resources, or a related field. Experience with workforce analytics and data interpretation. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis like Power BI and SuccessFactors. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and report‑writing abilities. Knowledge of public sector policies and processes is desirable. What's on Offer Hourly pay rate ranging from $61-$70 per hour plus super. Temporary position with a focus on impactful work in the public sector.
