The Role As a Site Supervisor , you will play a key role in delivering projects that stand out for their quality and attention to detail. You’ll be entrusted with overseeing the day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. We’re looking for candidates who are Brisbane based, currently in a similar role and have a track record of success in managing construction sites efficiently. Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate construction activities across multiple projects Ensure adherence to construction plans, specifications, and timelines Manage long and short-term programming to meet deadlines Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during construction Coordinate logistics, material deliveries, and resource allocation Foster strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track from start to finish Skills & Experience Proven experience in commercial construction, specifically in a Site Supervisor role Sound forward planning, programming and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
