We’re expanding our Queensland operations and looking for a hands‑on Site Supervisor to lead our Narangba-based crew. About the Role This role is all about taking charge onsite — coordinating steel installation teams, managing subcontractors, and keeping safety, quality, and performance at the top of the agenda. You’ll be the bridge between the project management team and the work on the ground. Key Responsibilities Lead daily structural steel installation works Coordinate site crews, subcontractors, plant, and equipment Complete reports, SWMS, ITPs, and site documentation Conduct toolbox talks and safety inspections Uphold Hanlon’s Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards Communicate progress and challenges to the Project Management team Mentor and support team leads to achieve the best results Rigging Ticket (intermediate or advanced) HR Licence EWP Licence (over 11m) Ideal Skills & Experience Trade-qualified in boilermaking, rigging, or similar Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction or steel industry Proven leadership and problem‑solving skills Ability to interpret engineering drawings Strong communication and teamwork abilities Comfortable working across day, night, and weekend shifts as needed Why Hanlon?
