This role sits above two Supervisors and a Coordinator, providing structure, mentoring, and hands‑on leadership across multiple active sites. You’ll help lift standards, improve program performance, and create smoother, more predictable delivery for both crews and clients. The Role You’ll oversee 7-8 live jobs at any one time, attending a daily onsite pre‑start before moving between sites and the office. Your focus is planning, QA, and keeping programs tight, ensuring plant, materials, and crews are coordinated, and stepping in early when risks or delays emerge. You’ll coach Supervisors, set expectations around culture and accountability, and provide clear written updates to the Project Manager on progress, challenges, and resourcing.
