Operational Leadership Oversee daily restaurant operations and guide the hosting team to deliver exceptional service. Manage booking systems (Sevenrooms), product listings, and inventory to keep everything running smoothly. Coordinate ordering schedules and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Team Development & Training Inspire and lead the team to deliver premium wine and dining experiences. Plan and deliver wine education and operational training sessions. Support onboarding and career development for new team members. Customer Experience & Brand Representation Be a true brand ambassador—host VIP guests and create memorable experiences. Handle customer queries with professionalism and ensure every touchpoint reflects St Hugo’s excellence. Lead Front of House during service, advising on wine pairings and ensuring flawless execution. Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness across all areas. Supervise tastings and promote wine sales to meet Brand Home KPIs. Upsell special offerings and memberships to enhance engagement. Other Assist in planning and delivering premium events, ensuring seamless coordination between teams. Champion a strong safety culture and support compliance audits. Prepare insights for monthly meetings and step in for the Brand Home Manager when needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
