A growing custom and KDRB homebuilder based in Melbourne's northern suburbs, known for high-quality design, buildability focus, and integrity at every stage. Operating from a brand-new office with a strong project pipeline, the team is entering a growth phase and values collaboration, innovation, and a supportive workplace culture. The Role We are seeking an experienced Draftsperson to deliver high-quality documentation across the full project lifecycle, from concept sketches through to DA, permit, and construction drawings. You will manage concept development with the sales team, review external contractors’ work, and support colleagues transitioning from AutoCAD to Archicad. This role may evolve to specialise in concept, master, or production drawings depending on team development and business needs.
