Are you a skilled and detail-driven Draftsperson with a talent for residential design? Join our growing team in Melbourne and play a key role in shaping quality homes. About the Role As a Draftsperson, you will be responsible for producing accurate architectural drawings, detailed documentation, and complete plans across a range of residential developments, including single and double-storey homes. The role requires working across both master drafting and production drafting, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance throughout all stages of the design process. Key Responsibilities Create accurate working drawings and construction documentation using ArchiCAD. Develop practical and creative design solutions for complex or constrained residential sites. Collaborate with internal design teams and external consultants to ensure designs are functional, buildable, and compliant. Maintain accuracy and consistency across all drawings throughout the project lifecycle, including managing revisions and updates. About You Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Draftsperson in the Australian residential construction sector. Tertiary qualifications in architectural drafting (Diploma or higher). Strong knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards, and Small Lot Housing Code (SLHC). Proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
