We’re looking for an Intermediate / Senior Structural Draftsperson who thrives on technical precision, creative problem-solving, and collaborating with passionate engineers. Your Impact In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our project delivery team, transforming ideas into buildable realities. You: Produce high-quality, detailed structural drawings for diverse projects — from low-rise residential to civil infrastructure . Work alongside engineers and project managers to create practical, efficient, and innovative solutions. Ensure every drawing meets industry standards, client expectations, and our own quality benchmarks. Contribute your technical insight in project meetings, influencing designs from concept to completion. What You Bring Certificate IV or Diploma in Drafting. 8+ years’ experience in structural drafting, with a portfolio of civil structures (pits, culverts, and retaining walls) and low‑rise buildings (slab on ground, suspended slab, piers, and timber framing) . Strong grasp of structural engineering principles and construction methods. Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience highly regarded, but not essential).
