Senior Revit Structural Draftsperson - Sydney CBD About the Company Our client is a well-established structural engineering firm based in the heart of Sydney's CBD. Renowned for delivering high-quality structural solutions, they work across a diverse portfolio of small to large-scale projects, including: Aged Care, Commercial ,Education, Retail, Health, Residential, Sport & Recreation, Transport & Infrastructure The Opportunity Our client is currently seeking a Senior Revit Structural Draftsperson with over 8 years of experience to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to a variety of structural engineering projects while mentoring junior staff and supporting project delivery. Key Responsibilities Structural modelling and detailing using Revit, including RC, PT, Steel, Timber, and Masonry Producing clear and accurate documentation of structural designs Managing drafting workloads across multiple concurrent projects Prioritizing tasks to align with commercial outcomes and project timelines Collaborating closely with engineers and fellow team members Mentoring and supporting junior drafters Maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail Working both independently and within a collaborative team environment Required Skills & Experience A minimum of 8 years' structural drafting experience Demonstrated proficiency in Revit is essential Strong understanding of structural materials and detailing practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work autonomously Currently residing in Sydney and available for in-office work What's on Offer A supportive and down-to-earth team environment Exposure to a diverse range of engaging and impactful projects Real opportunities for career progression and professional growth Competitive salary package and ongoing development support #J-18808-Ljbffr
