Area Manager - NSW LiveBig is a specialist allied health organisation supporting people with disability, including those on an NDIS plan. About The Role This is a pivotal opportunity to lead our NSW team through its next phase by unlocking high performance and maximising impact with the talented clinicians already in place. As a key member of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our success. We’re looking for a dynamic leader with sharp commercial instincts – someone who leads with agility, brings strategic clarity, and is deeply passionate about empowering people through exceptional leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead a high-performing team of community allied health team leaders and clinicians across disciplines including Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Positive Behaviour Support, Psychology, and Physiotherapy. Drive strategy, performance, and financial outcomes in alignment with LiveBig’s strategic plan. Oversee recruitment, caseload capacity, and staff productivity to ensure sustainable service delivery. Foster a culture of engagement and retention by leading, coaching, and supporting your team to thrive professionally and personally. Champion clinical quality, safety, and compliance with the relevant compliance frameworks including the NDIS Practice Standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to business development and growth initiatives. Lead innovation and continuous improvement across service operations and systems. About You 5+ years’ experience leading teams and delivering strategic outcomes. Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health, Aged Care, Human Services, or Business Management. Proven ability to manage budgets, P&L, and operational forecasting. Strong understanding of the relevant frameworks and compliance standards. A people‑first mindset with a passion for quality care and team development. Excellent decision‑making, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to challenge norms and elevate outcomes. Why Join LiveBig?
