We work closely with families, community organisations, and support services to provide wrap‑around support that addresses both educational and personal development needs. Our Young People Young people come from diverse backgrounds and often face a significant and complex range of educational, social, developmental, environmental, psychological, health, legal barriers to learning which require unique interventions. Our approach is grounded in the Operation By Principles framework, which combines education with an understanding of trauma‑informed practices. We recognise that each young person’s journey is unique. The Role The Performing Arts Manager leads the design, delivery, and celebration of the performing arts across all campuses. This role ensures the development of a high‑quality performing arts curriculum, coordinates college‑wide performances and creative projects, and fosters participation, collaboration, and inclusion through music, drama, and movement. The Manager of Performing Arts builds engagement and visibility of the arts as an essential part of the Saints College culture and learning experience. You will be employed on an ongoing basis, commencing as soon as possible, and will be employed under the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022. Classification for the role is an ongoing Teacher with a Fixed Term POL accordance with the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022. Salary is dependent on education and experience. Required Qualifications and Experience Ability to commit to and work within our Operating Principles; Respect, Participation, Safe and Legal and Honesty Tertiary qualification in Education with speciality in Performing Arts, Drama, Music, or Dance. Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration Demonstrated leadership in developing and implementing performing arts curriculum. Proven ability to direct or coordinate performances and large‑scale creative events. Strong organisational and project management skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills. Commitment to inclusive education and participation for all young people. Passion for promoting creativity, performance, and artistic expression across the school community.
