Pay & Shift Pay Rate: $120,933Shifts: 6am-6pm & 6pm-6amRoster: 5.5‑day rotating roster: 2 day shifts, 3 night shifts, 4 days off, 3 day shifts, 1 day off, 3 night shifts, 5 days offAverage Hourly Rate: $52.86 per hourOT Pay: Overtime paid for hours worked beyond scheduled shifts Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain high‑speed, automated FMCG machinery. Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Conduct equipment overhauls and manage spare parts inventory. Accurately record maintenance activities and production data. Uphold strict safety, health, and environmental standards.
