Your work will ensure cultural perspectives are embedded in planning and delivery, fostering trust and collaboration. Develop and implement Aboriginal Engagement Strategies for key projects Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders Collect and analyse feedback to improve engagement outcomes Prepare reports and communicate progress to stakeholders Support project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets Ready to make a difference? Selection Criteria Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal community engagement principles, cultural safety, and the importance of Aboriginal self‑determination in health and infrastructure settings. Relevant tertiary qualification in health‑related field and/or demonstrated work and/or lived experience. Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, project groups and senior level management. Demonstrated project management, research and/or evaluation skills. Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs and Internet Explorer. Valid NSW Drivers Licence and be willing to use it for work purposes.
