We work with AWS Partners, AWS Sovereign Cloud, AWS International Product, and the Generative AI Innovation Center. You’ll join a diverse team of technical experts in dozens of countries who help customers achieve more with the AWS cloud. In this role, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You will be a key driver of customer success, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. You should have a deep understanding of AWS products and services and be proficient in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to each customer’s needs. You’ll gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS. You will act as a trusted advisor on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions, and you will lead the implementation process while ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks throughout the project. The AWS ProServe team is a global group of experts that helps customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We collaborate with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud initiatives. Our offerings help customers achieve outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption, and we provide focused guidance through global specialty practices across a variety of solutions, technologies, and industries. Key job responsibilities Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts About The Team AWS values diverse experiences. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience with one of the following programming languages/technologies: Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C, or C++ Preferred Qualifications AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation) Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience with source control repositories (e.g., GitHub/GitLab, SVN, Mercurial, Perforce) Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity) Exposure to APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures Acknowledgement Of Country In the spirit of reconciliation, Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea, and community.
