Set on a stunning riverside peninsula, our 18-hole championship course is undergoing a full redesign by James Wilcher (Golf By Design) as part of a $20 million redevelopment. About the Role We are currently seeking a Greenkeeping Team Leader to join our growing Turf Department. This role is ideal for someone who has recently completed their apprenticeship or has a few years of greenkeeping experience and is ready to step into leadership. Key Duties will include: Completion and supervision of daily turf management including mowing, spraying, irrigation, fertilising, and bunker maintenance. Mentoring junior and apprentice greenkeepers. Participating in and leading project work — including drainage, grow-ins, bunker rebuilds and turf establishment. Operating, monitoring and maintaining irrigation systems. Safely operating a range of turf machinery and tools. Contributing to course preparation for daily play and tournaments. Maintaining high standards of health & safety across all turf operations. Requirements We are seeking a candidate who: Holds (or is near completion of) Certificate III in Sports Turf Management. Has experience in turf care, preferably in a golf course environment. Is open to flexible hours, early starts, weekends and public holidays.
