Responsibilities Prioritise community safety when interviewing individuals, assessing and responding effectively to risk. Manage multiple and complex demands and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment, navigating policy and procedural frameworks to implement daily offender management policies. Build supportive, productive working relationships with internal teams, external service providers, and community stakeholders. Act with integrity and display personal drive. Communicate with influence, adapting your approach to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Respect and embrace diversity, fostering an inclusive environment.
