About The Role We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at Momentum Collective in Ballina. As a Case Manager Women's Domestic & Family Violence, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals and families affected by domestic and family violence. This is a full time fixed term maternity leave role to August 2025. What We Are Looking For You are an experienced Case Manager with a background in Women's Domestic and Family violence. With an understanding of trauma informed care, you are compassionate, have high problem‑solving skills and the ability to collaborate with other service providers to deliver a holistic service. Qualification in a social science or related field and/or specialised skills sufficient to perform at this level. Current Driver’s Licence. Current Working with Children Check (NSW). Satisfactory Criminal Record Check Casework experience in an associated field. Understanding and experience of working with Aboriginal people and their communities.
