Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, handling transactions with precision. Utilise barista skills to assist in the preparation and serving of high-quality espresso-based beverages. Assist in coordinating wait staff duties, ensuring a smooth and efficient service. Keep the coffee station and equipment clean, organised, and well-maintained. Contribute to creating a positive and energetic atmosphere for both customers and team members. Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and product knowledge. Requirements: Proven experience as wait staff with barista responsibilities in a fast-paced café environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team and handle high-pressure situations. Availability to work flexible hours (5am-2pm). Australian Driver's Licence. Competitive hourly rate with opportunities for tips (Junior and senior rates apply as per the industry award). Training and development opportunities to enhance your wait staff and barista skills.
