3-month assignment with potential extension $38 + super per hour (casual) Join a supportive team processing high-volume claims administration The Opportunity We’re partnering with a well-regarded organisation in the workers compensation and insurance space to recruit multiple Claims Officers for an immediate start. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration or data entry skills who enjoys structure, accuracy and working as part of a collaborative team. You’ll be responsible for processing invoices and payments, entering data into internal systems, and supporting a high-performing claims team. What You’ll Be Doing Processing and entering provider invoices into internal IT systems Ensuring payments are accurate and made on time Using SharePoint and claims systems to upload and track information Handling high-volume data entry with precision and consistency Supporting the Claims team with general administrative tasks Key Details Rate: $38 + super (casual hourly rate) Hours: Full-time, 7.25 hours per day, Monday–Friday Duration: 3 months initially, with potential to extend Who We’re Looking For You don’t need claims or insurance experience – training is provided. We’re looking for candidates who are: ✔ Accurate and comfortable with repetitive, process-driven tasks ✔ Confident with computers and picking up new systems quickly ✔ Strong with numbers and data entry ✔ Reliable, team-focused and able to commit to full-time hours ✔ Available across the Christmas/New Year period (preferred) Interested?
